Who We are

Emergency Committee to Save the Persecuted and Enslaved is a 501c3 charity, established by Keith Davies and Farrukh Saif in June 2018. Keith Davies a former head of RC and Farrukh Saif the head of Farrukh Saif Foundation merge their efforts to save millions of the oppressed and Voiceless people.

The focus of the organization is to work defend and fight for the rights of the oppressed and deprived communities around the world. ECSPE aimed to eradicate the modern-day slavery and to help the victims of social, constitutional, and religious discrimination in their respective countries. In Past years today Farrukh and Keith have saved thousands of Slaves from the Brick Kiln in Pakistan.

The focus of the Charity is to fight against the injustice and poverty, Blasphemy Laws, forced conversions, rape, and abduction, and especially the main focus is to liberate and set free the modern days Salves from the brick kilns in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and India.

Apart from all the work on the different target areas, the Charity is committed to providing the legal assistance and safe homes to the Persecuted Religious minorities as well as to relocate those victims who are in danger in their homelands.

Max Gibson, also known as Mosheh, holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and has competed on his college's crew, cross country and track and field teams. Max co-founded the College Republicans and has run successful businesses, including Apex Web Services, which serves as CTO for non-profits Farrukh Saif Foundation and 'Emergency Committee to Save the Persecuted and Enslaved.' He has been in a leadership position in the non-profit sector since 2011. In addition to his business pursuits, Max is a combat veteran of three major wars and is known for his generosity and strong belief in God.
