Our organization is fortunate to have a dedicated team of volunteers who generously donate their time and talents to further our mission. As a result, we are able to operate with minimal expenses and no paid staff, including our board members and leadership team. We are grateful for the support of our volunteers, who make it possible for us to carry out our work effectively and efficiently.

Per By-Laws, a maximum of 15% of donations are used for admin/fundraising purposes, so far we have kept that average around 10%
